One large diameter gravel-paclted, Thiem test, pump hole

wi th foul' observation holes.

Six 6-inch dia.meter percolation test holes for per-

meability studies.

6. Surface Reconnaissance

Location of bedrock outcrops in the vicinity of the axis.

7. Seismic Investigations

Includes 12 spreads and 47 shot points in area of pro-

posed axis.

8. Laboratory Testing

Ripresentative borrow material samples tested in

Woodward-Clyde-Sherard & Associates laboratory.
Observations and' reconunendations based on the total inves-

tigations arc presented in the subsequent part of this report.
