<br />000833 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />the remaining schedule for FY 92 and 93 can be achieved. <br />However, some initial slippage could occur since funding and <br />staff is not in place at the start of FY 1992. If additional <br />funds and staff are not provided, the schedule as presented in <br />Figure 1 cannot be achieved. If this occurs, Reclamation and the <br />Service's involvement in the Platte River Management Joint Study <br />would be at a reduced level. Reclamation does not have funds <br />available as in the past to transfer to the Service in FY 92 or <br />93 for their continued involvement in the Joint Study. At the <br />most, Reclamation could devote a total of one staff week per <br />month to the Joint Study without specific funding and additional <br />staff. This would basically cover one Joint Study meeting per <br />month with no more than two days available per month to prepare <br />for each meeting. <br /> <br />9 <br />
