<br />000838 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />the baseline conditions will be compared for each alternative. <br />As alternatives are developed, these comparison criteria will <br />become better defined and the amount of detail needed for <br />estimating effects of the alternatives will be decided. <br /> <br />The development of comparison criteria began in FY 91, however, <br />the actual application of the criteria will not be implemented <br />until FY 93. In the interim, management methods will be <br />developed and the criteria will continually be evaluated for <br />appropriateness. <br /> <br />D. other Accomplishments <br />Additional accomplishments were achieved, above and beyond the <br />scheduled tasks in Figure 1.
