The priorities agreed to are as follows: <br />"First,to Palo Verde Irrigation District to serve a gross <br />3 rt:d of 10L,. ~OO ac :-es <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />"Second, to Yuma Project to serve a gross area of 25,000 <br />acres <br />"Third, to (a) Imperial :.rrigation Distr~ct (for both Imperial and <br /> <br /> <br />Coachella valleys) and (b) Palo Verde District to serve <br /> <br /> <br />16,000 acres in Lower Palo Verde Mesa <br /> <br /> <br />"The total beneficial consumptive use in the first three priorities <br /> <br /> <br />shall not exceed 3,850,000 acre-feet of water per annum. <br /> <br /> <br />"Fourth, to the Metropolitan Water District of Southern <br /> <br /> <br />California of 550,000 acre-feet per annum <br /> <br /> <br />"Fifth, (a) to Metropolitan Water District of Southern <br /> <br /> <br />California 550,000 acre-feet and (b) to City of San Diego <br /> <br /> <br />112,000 acre-feet per annum <br /> <br /> <br />"Sixth, an aggregate of 300,000 acre-feet of water per annum <br /> <br /> <br />to (a) Imperial Irrigation District (for both Imperial and <br /> <br /> <br />Coachella valleys) and (b) to Palo Verde Irrigation District <br /> <br /> <br />to serve 16,000 acres in Lower Palo Verde Mess <br /> <br /> <br />"Seventh, all remaining water for use in California to serve <br /> <br /> <br />the area shown on Bureau of Reclamation Map No. 23,0CXl" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The aggregate of the amounts in the first six priorities is 5,362,000 <br />acre-feet per annum. <br /> <br />6 <br />
