<br />Deliverv of water to Lake Mathews \Vas made during pumping
<br />periods of one to three weeks in each month of the fiscal year
<br />~xcept July and December 1945 and March 1946. The pumping
<br />schedules were arranged in so far as practicable in cooperation
<br />with the Pacific Southwest Power Interchange Committee, After
<br />January 1, 1946 the schedules were arranged to make available
<br />to the Southern California Edison Company the maximum trans.

<br />1946 Copper Basin reser\'oir \\'H.:.. lov..cred to permit a detailed exam-
<br />ination of Copper Basin Dam. The water released was pumped
<br />through the aqueduct to Lake Mathews and the reservoil' was im.
<br />mediately refilled from the Colorado River.
