District Office. It is: <br /> <br />v = KWH x Q <br />RPS x KH x 19550 <br /> <br />where <br /> <br />v = <br />KWH = <br />Q = <br />RPS = <br /> <br />volume pumped in ac-ft <br />kilowatt hours used <br />yield of well in gpm <br />revolutions per second of the watt-hour <br />meter rotor <br />constant of the watt-hour meter. <br /> <br />KH,- <br /> <br />Watt-hour meters were read before and after the irrigation season except when <br />circumstances such as meter breakdown made readings valueless. In such cases <br />the volume pumped was estimated from average yield-volume pumped relationships. <br /> <br />The total ground water withdrawn during the 1968, 1969 and 1970 ir- <br />rigation seasons was 6180, 4120 and 3770 ac-ft, respectively. <br /> <br />- 9 - <br />
