These include newsletters, water management <br /> <br />workshops, and other educational efforts as a part of their <br /> <br />ongoing extension education programs. <br />The position of a special full-time irrigation extension <br /> <br />agent in Grand Valley was terminated because of lack of <br /> <br />funding. <br /> <br />-19- <br />
