Reservoir releases in excess of power plant capacity required for dam safety <br />purposes during high reservoir conditions may be used to accomplish the objectives of the <br />Beach/Habitat Building Flow according to the tenns containcd in the Record of Decision for the <br />GCDFEIS, and as published in the Glen Canyon Dam Operating Criteria (62 Federal Register <br />9447. Mar. 3. 1997). <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Anticipated increases in the use of Colorado River water dictate that the efficient use of watcr <br />mllst be a priority to properly manage the resource.
