CLE 1 <br /> <br />GENERAL AND INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS <br /> <br />4-101. Title and Citation. <br /> <br />These various sections constituting Chapter 4 of the "Guidelines <br />and'Regulations for Areas and Activities of State Interest of the County of Eagle, <br />State of Colorado" may be cited as the "Reguliltions for t1ajor Extensions of <br />Existing Domestic \-Iater Supply and Sewage Treatment Systems" of Eagle County. <br /> <br />4-102. Purpose and Intent. <br />The purpose and intent of the regulations contained in this chapter <br />is as follows: <br /> <br />(1) To insure that anticipated growth and development that may occur <br />as a result of major extensions of domestic water and sewage treatment systems <br />can be accommodated within the financial and environmental capacity of the <br />development area and source development area to sustain such growth and develop- <br />ment; <br /> <br />(2) To insure the planned and orderly land use development that may <br />occur as a result of major extensions pf domestic water and sewage treatment <br />. . sys terns withi n the development a rea and source development a rea; <br /> <br />(3) To regulate the use of land on the basis of the financial and <br />environmental impact thereof on the community or surrounding areas within the <br />development area and source development area. <br /> <br />- 37 - <br />
