By Eagle County's regulations, attached, the <br />application is to include a preliminary review and comment on the <br />Cities' proposal by the appropriate agency of the Colorado Department of <br />Natural Resources. This cover letter delivers to you the application <br />and its attachments for your Department's review and comments. In a <br />telephone call with Bill HcDonald of your Staff, Bill recommended my <br />delivery of this application to you for your distribution. <br /> <br />The Cities have been advised by Eagle County, that the Hearing date by <br />the Eagle County Planning Commission will be December 1, 1982, and by <br />the Eagle County Commissioners will be December 20, 21, and 22, 1982. <br />Accordingly, your Department's preliminary comments should be submitted <br />in advance of those days. <br /> <br />For your information, comments are also being requested of the Colorado <br />Department of Health through the Office of Health Protection, Hr.
