The land use map should include, but not <br />necessarily be restricted to, the following categories: residential, <br />commercial, industrial, extractive, transportation, communication <br />and utility, institutional, open space, ,outdoor recreation, agri- <br />cultural, forest land and water bodies; <br /> <br />(ii) All immediately affected public land boundaries should <br />be indicated on the map. Potential impacts of the proposed develop- <br />ment upon public lands will be visually illustrated on the map <br />as well as described in textual form; <br /> <br />(iii) Specify whether the proposed project conforms to this <br />County's planning policies; <br /> <br />(iv) Specify whether the, proposed project conforms to regional <br />and state planning policies; <br /> <br />(v) Specify whether the proposed project conforms to federal <br />land management policies; <br /> <br />(vi) Describe the present use of thE land in this develop- <br />ment area and source development area; <br /> <br />- 44 - <br />
