I <br />(3) Alternative potential site locations and degree of feasibility of each; <br /> <br />(4) Proponents of proposal: <br /> <br />(a) Names, addresses and business of all local and other interests proposing <br />site of major expansion of a domestic water or sewage treatment system; <br /> <br />(b) Name and qualifications of the person(s) responding to the requirements <br />detailed in this regulation; <br /> <br />(5) Scope of proposal: <br /> <br />(a) Provide detailed engineering plans and specifications of proposal <br />including proposed system capacity and service area plans mapped at an appro- <br />priate scale; <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />.(b) Provide a description of all existing or approved proposed systems within <br />the development area and source development area; <br /> <br />(c) Detail the design capacity of each treatment system and distribution <br />or collection network in the community or development area and source development area; <br /> <br />(d) Specify the excess capacity of each treatment system and distribution <br />or collection network in the community or development area and source development .area; <br /> <br />(e) Provide an inventory of total commitments already made for current water <br />or sewage services; <br /> <br />(f) Detail the operational efficiency of each existing system in the develop- <br />ment area and source development area, including age, state of repair and level <br />of treatment; <br /> <br />f; <br /> <br />(g) Detail the source, rights and quality of existing water supply which <br />shall include a detailed statement of the proposed project's impact upon the total <br />dissolved solids and hardness of the Eagle River measured at Dowd Junction and Dotsero <br />and or theCol orado River:ahdtl1e.Rciari ng Fork.
