TIle four najor features comprisin~ the <br />project are Seminoe Dam and pouerplant, Alcova Dam, Casper Canal and <br />Lateral system, and an extensive transnission line system (610 miles). <br />The total project is desirned to irricste 50,000 acres. Irrigation <br />features are nOlI undcr construction for irrigation of SO!!le 22,000 acres. <br /> <br />PrOFra!!l FY4~!l.5IJ:!J: A contract uill be auarded for permanent <br />inprovc!!lents at the dOI1. The reservoir lIill impound 260,000 acre-feet <br />of water and will be controlled b;' an earthfill structure 90 feet high <br />and 1,056 feet in length, includinc the dike section. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Prof'ram FYL.S (')200.000): Completion of desi(3ns and specifications <br />for Keyhole Dam is planned for /lay 1943, HUh construction contract <br />auard in June.
