fund during the fiscal year beginning on said July 1.
Transfers between funds pursuant to this subsection (6) AND
SUBSECTION (7) OF THIS SECTION shall not be deemed to be
appropriations subject to the limitations of section
24-75-2Dl.l, C.R.S. SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SUBSECTION
(7) OF THIS SECTION, the amount which shall accrue pursuant to
this subsection (6) shall be as follows:

(a) On July 1, 1988, fifteen million dollars;

(b) On July 1, 1989, fifteen million dollars;

(c) On July 1,1990, twenty-five million dollars.

(7) As of July 1, 1988, the controller shall transfer
five million dollars from the sum specified in paragraph (a)
of subsection (6) of this section to the water ri9hts final
settlement fund which fund is hereby created. Such transfer
shall be made prior to any other transfer of moneys, specified
in such sub.~~Gii"9!}.,,,1-~t,b.y,}J:\e.,contro11,e!". or the state

SECTION 3. Article 60 of title 37, Colorado Revised
Statutes, as amended, is amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW
SECTION to read:
