<br />. <br /> <br />D0015? <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(4) steps taken, and to be taken, by the state will <br />provide for statewide coordination of comprehensive water and <br />related land resources planning with other comprehensive planning <br />efforts in accordance with Section 303 (2) of the Act, and Bureau <br />of the Budget Circular No.. A-95 (July 1969), including a provision <br />that the Governor of the state will be given opportunity to review <br />and comment on the proposed boundaries of multi-jurisdictional <br />planning areas. <br /> <br />The staff of the Colorado Water Conservation Board will <br />set up and continue liaison with, and cooperate with, the following <br />agencies for coordination of the state program: <br /> <br />(1) With the Colorado state Division of Planning on <br />comprehensive state planning being carried out under Section 701 <br />of the Housing Act of 1954, as amended (68 Stat. 590); with the <br />Division of wildlife and the Division of Parks and Outdoor Recrea- <br />tion on planning done under the Land and Water Conservation Fund <br />Act of 1965 (78 Stat. 897); with the Di~ision of Planning for <br />statewide and areawide comprehensive health planning under Section <br />314(a) and 314(b) of the Comprehensive Health Planning and Public <br />Health Service Amendments of 1966 (80 Stat. 1180); with the <br />Department of Health under Section 206 of the Solid Waste Disposal <br />Act (78 stat. 678); and with the Department of Health under <br />Sections 105 and 106 of the Clean Air Act (80 Stat. 416); <br /> <br />(2) With the work of any river basin commissions that <br />may be created under Title II of the Act (79 Stat. 244), insofar <br />as areas in the state are covered by such commissions; <br /> <br />(3) With the State Water Pollution Control Commission <br />for water pOllution control programs in the state, including those <br />conducted pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, <br />as amended (75 Stat. 204), and those developed by the Federal <br />Water Pollution Control Administration as a part of comprehensive, <br />coordinated, joint plans for river basins done in accordance with <br />Section 201(b) (2) of the Act and as authorized by other acts; <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />(4) With the Division of Commerce and Development as <br />administrative agent for comprehensive water and related land <br />resources planning, relating to economic development planning <br />conducted within the state in accordance with Titles III, IV, and <br />V of the Public Works and Economic Development Act o~ 1965 (79 <br />Stat. 552) and in accordance with section 206 of the Appalachian <br />Regional Development Act of 1965 (79 Stat. 5); <br /> <br />3 <br />
