Federal assistanoe for carrying out the works
of improvement will be provided under authority of the Watershed
Protection and Flood Prevention Act (Public Law 566, 83rd Congress,
68 Stat. 666) as amended. It is expected that they will be reimbursed
for a portion of this cost through Agricultural Conservation and
other applicable Federal programs.
