Use of a diversion canal to carry a portion of the Yuma <br />Valley Main Drain flows to the Bypass Drain and dilute <br />remaining flow with the 242 Wen Field. <br /> <br />2. Use of a diversion canal and 242 Well Field along with <br />Colorado River system storage delivered to SIB via the <br />East and West Main Canal Wasteways or through Mexican <br />facilities across the Sonora Siphon to dilute SIB flows. <br /> <br />3.
