It was decided to hold a dinner <br /> <br />meeting in Fort Collins in the near future and inVite the directors of the various irri- <br /> <br />gation companies to attend. Mr. Greer will explain the plan of development and answer <br /> <br />questions. Following the meeting the Steering Committee will write letters to the irri- <br /> <br /> <br />gation companies for general. committments regarding transfer of storage rights from the <br /> <br />plains reservoirs to the proposed mountain reservoirs. It is anticipated that there will <br /> <br />be no opposition to the transfer of water rights by water users in the Cache La Poudre <br /> <br />River Basin. <br /> <br />Stanley A.
