<br />Agreements with Non-Fedetal entities were executed June 30. 1986. The repayment contract
<br />with the Animas-La Plata District, Colorado, was validated 00 April 20, 1988, and with the
<br />San Juan Water Commission. New Mexico, on August 16, 1991. Contract negotiations with
<br />the Navajo Tribe and the La Plata Conservancy District, New Mexico, will be initiated after
<br />consuuction begins. Repayment contracts are scheduled for execution with the Southern Ute
<br />and Ute MOWltain Ute Tribes in July 1992.
