Total out year cost: $0 <br /> <br />C-7 CAP/9400: Propagation Facility Expansion (FWSIBR, $360,000) <br /> <br />Construction of facilities necessary to produce sufficient captive-reared endangered fishes <br />for conducting laboratory and field research and to develop broodstocks and back-up <br />refugia with genetic diversity similar to the wild stock used as founders. Activities in <br />FY 2002 -2003 include construction of a hatchery building for broodstock development <br />and bonytail production at Wahweap State Fish Hatchery, purchase of pumps to drain <br />leased growout poinds, and purchase of pit tags for augmentation stocking.
