This technical memorandum will form the basis for the water rights <br />structure of the basin model. <br /> <br />2) Summarizing the adopted assumption regarding implementation and administration of <br />existing subordinations and specifying the selected modelling approach. <br /> <br />3) Identifying which, if any, existing projects will be considered as components of to be <br />formulated in Task 6. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />r <br />
