This comparison will utilize a systematic
approach, such as an evaluation matrix, but will necessarily involve a good deal of
professional judgment. The site summaries and results of the site comparisons, along with
recommendations as to which sites to retain in the study process, will be compiled into a
draft technical memorandum and provided to the TSC for review prior to a formal screening
meeting.

2) The TSC will meet to select up to six sites for consideration in Task 5. Ralph White
Reservoir and Elkhead Reservoir have already been identified as candidate sites so the total
number of candidate sites may be up to eight. An additional two new potential sites may be
subjected to a fatal flaw analysis in Sub-task 5a. The selected sites will be presented to the
PAG at a subsequent meeting in the basin.

Output

The product of this sub-task will be a Task 3 Technlcal Memorandum containlng the list of up
to six candidate ~ites selected for further analysis, supporting technlcal documentation for
each site, and a summary of the methods and criteria used in selection of final candidate
sites.
