They will also document any conclusions that have been <br />reached. Memoranda exceeding 20 pages In length will contain an executive summary. <br /> <br />Prior to completion of the study, the study team shall prepare a comprehensive draft <br />technical report which describes the study process, the Infonnation gathered, and the <br />analyses perfonned during the course of the study. After review and approval, the study <br />team shall make any necessary revisions to the draft report and submit one camera-ready <br />original and 50 copies of the technical report to the District. <br /> <br />In parallel with the technical report, the study team shall also prepare a draft summary report <br />of about 50 pages and submit It to the District for review. Once this report has been <br />reviewed and revised, the study team shall provide the District with one camera-ready copy <br />and 100 copies of the summary report. The Task Technical Memoranda, Summary Report <br />and Technical Report will be prepared In a fonnat and style consistent with accepted <br />standards of professional technical writing. <br /> <br />Table 3 presents an estimated allocation of labor and budget for the study. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />; ." <br />::h~ ,.J,i?- <br />
