<br />The Steering Committee offers its as sistance to the Bureau in scheduling the
<br />public meetings to be held following review of the feasibility study report, and
<br />for arrangements to make information available to the public in other ways.
<br />
<br />On behalf of the Steering Committee, I express appreciation for your telegram,
<br />your willingness to accept our report, and inclusion of a summary in the feasibility
<br />study report. We feel that this. step, and the public meetings to be held later,
<br />will provide useful public participation, enabling all parties to reach a good
<br />understanding of the issues involved in deciding this matter.
