ER <br />CONSERVAflON BOARD <br /> <br />Dear'Committee Member: <br /> <br />The Steering Committee Report, including the Appendix, is enclosed; It is <br />being forwarded with the Bureau of Reclamation's report through the review <br />process . The other enclosure is a copy of the "Summary" qf.th,,, Committee's <br />Report as it is to. be incorporated in Part II - Summary of the Bureau's Report. <br /> <br />A table of contents was prepared by the local Bureau of Reclamation office, <br />. but none of the Summary or Committee's Report was altered by the Bureau. <br /> <br />I appreciate the work of Executive Committee members who authored sections <br />of the Report - Mssrs.Wiley, McNeil, Conners, Scott, Weaver, Souder, <br />Ioannides, Ms. McNulty and Mrs. Pollock and Mr. John L.J. Hart's statement <br />as well. <br /> <br />Participation of Steering Committee members during the past year has con- <br />tributed to the Bureau's feasibility study, and I express my own appreCiation <br />of your efforts.
