MAJOR POTNTS OF VIEW <br /> <br />A separate Section n of the Steering Committee report was provided <br /> <br />to enable members of the Steering Committee to summarize six generally <br /> <br />held points of view with regard to the proposed Two Forks facility, structural <br /> <br />alternatives, or other alternatives. There are six major views, with one <br /> <br />regarding not building additional east slope storage comprised of several <br /> <br />sub-parts. Each was written by a different Steering Committee member, <br /> <br /> <br />with the assistance of other persons or agencies in some cases.
