<br />Ridgway Dam construction

<br />On the Lyman Project, Utah-Wyoming,
<br />Stateline Dam, the dam embankment was
<br />completed in late annual year 1978. In May
<br />of 1979 reservoir filling was started with
<br />24 percent of the reservoir filled by the
<br />end of the fiscal year.

<br />Ridgway Dam, Stage 1, Dallas Creek Proj-
<br />ect, were opened September 27, 1979. The
<br />low bid was $14,997,765. Anticipated com.
<br />pletion date is November 5, 1981. Work
<br />will start the first of annual year 1980.

<br />On the Dolores Project, Colorado, a con.
<br />tract for construction of the Dolores Field
<br />Station was awarded in February 1979 for
<br />$175,535. All work was complete on Sep.
<br />tember 10, 1979.

<br />On Juiy 20, 1979, a contract for the
<br />Dolores District Headquarters was
<br />awarded for $526,400.00. By the end of the
<br />year 18 percent of the work had been com-
<br />pieted with the contractor earning $93,885.
<br />
<br />These two contracts are preparing for
<br />office requirements needed for the con-
<br />struction of the McPhee Oam.

<br />On the Flaming Gorge Unit of the Colo-
<br />rado River Storage Project, an award for
<br />the Dutch John Water System Enlarge-
<br />ment was made on September 25, 1979.
