<br />Operations: The Water and Power
<br />Resources Service administered recreation
<br />facilities at two reservoirs in the Colorado
<br />River Storage Project. Temporary facilities
<br />exist at Soldier Creek Reservoir to accom-
<br />modate the recreation use during the
<br />years the reservoir is filling. Construction
<br />of recreation facilities began at Soldier
<br />Creek during 1979 and will continue for
<br />the next five years. Soldier Creek is
<br />operated by the Central Utah Project Of.
