COLORADO RIVER BTOEAGE PROJECT,

Oompletion ota water system, pit toilets, boat dock, picnic area
and campgxound,' circulatory roads, parking areas, and a boat launch-
ing ramp at Lem~n Reservoir, Oolo.,isanticipated by the end of the
year. ,
Oamping facilities, roads and parking areas at Paonia Reservoir
have been compl~ted.
At the Pine River site in the Navajo Reservoir Recreation Area
the water supply: and distribution system, the sanitary system and
four comfort stations have been completed, In the Oolorado portion
of the area, water system, sanitary system, access roads, and a boat
launching ramp have been completed at the Arboles sites.

3, ALLocATroN OF FEDl1lRAL INVESTMl1lNT

Section 6 of the authorizing act states that upon completion of each
unit, participating project, or separable feature thereof, the Secretary
shall allocate the total cost of constructing said unit, project, or feature
to the various purIloses authorized in the act or authorized under
reclamation law. i No formal allocatious to the several purposes to be
served by the project have been made of the cost to June 30! 1964.
However, tentative allocations have been made of the total estimated
cost of projects nOW under construction (see schedule No.6). The
tentative allocatipns are summarized as follows:
