B. e. From Morelos we came back <br />up the river, on the Mexican side, to Yuma, Arizona. The Im- <br />perial Irrigation District is constructing a 75,000 K. W. steam <br />generating plant near the Pilot Knob hydro plant. <br /> <br />From Yuma we went to the Pilot Knob Power Plant. <br />The Pilot Knob plant has two 16,500 K. W. generators for an <br />installed capacity of 33,000 K. W. Each generator requires <br />3200 c.f.s. of water for full generation and a minimum of 2000 <br />c.f.s. for efficient generation. It is significant to note <br />that MAXIMUM delivery requirements to Mexico are 5500 c.f.s., <br />under the treaty.
