<br /> <br />DEFINITION <br /> <br />Section 307 defines the term "State" as used in the Act to include the District of <br />Columbia, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />I <br />TITLE IV -- MI SCELLANEQUS <br /> <br />Section 401 authorizes necessary appropriations for Title I and II and for the admin- <br />istration of Title III. The annual amount of the grants,under Title III is authorized <br />separately by section 301. <br /> <br />Section 402 authorizes the Council to make such ~ules and regulations as it may <br />deem necessary or appropriate for carryi ng out the provisions of the Act. <br />, , <br />, <br /> <br />.
