<br /> <br />DEFINITION <br /> <br />Section 307 defines the term "State" as used in the Act to include the District of <br />Columbia, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />I <br />TITLE IV -- MI SCELLANEQUS <br /> <br />Section 401 authorizes necessary appropriations for Title I and II and for the admin- <br />istration of Title III.
