A. D. 1860, the Government of the United States <br /> <br /> <br />confirmed the said tract hereinbefore described to Charles Beaubien <br /> <br />the grantor of your orator. And your orator further shows that by <br /> <br /> <br />said act of congress the Government of the United States conveyed <br /> <br /> <br />all its property riBhts of every kind and nature. in and to said <br /> <br /> <br />tract of land and every part and parcel thereof to the said <br /> <br />Charles Beaubien, and that -prior to said act of Congress confirmirg <br /> <br /> <br />the title of said tract of land to Charles Beaubien the said Char- <br /> <br />les Beaubien by inheritance and by divers mesne conveyances for <br /> <br /> <br />good and valuable consideration had become the sola owner of the <br /> <br /> <br />said Sangre de Cristo Grant hereinbefore described. <br /> <br /> <br />And your orator further shows that by the act of Congress <br /> <br /> <br />hereinbefore referred to, by and under which your orator ~aS <br />
