<br />3494 <br /> <br />Agenda Item 5b <br />March 1, 1993 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />GEC and the CWCB staff have in fact made significant progress on Phase I of <br />the study, although no one work product is in a finalized form suitable for <br />transmission to the General Assembly, The attached draft status report, prepared by <br />staff, details the nature of the study, work accomplished to date and the new schedule <br />for completion of the study and may be submitted to the General Assembly to inform <br />them of the status of the study, <br /> <br />In the alternative some other documentation of progress could be developed <br />by the staff or the Director of the Board could make a presentation to interested <br />members of the General Assembly now or at a later date, <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends the Board decide on the type of product and timing for <br />delivery of the progress report to the General Assembly, After review, the Board <br />could authorize revision and transmission of the attached status report to the General <br />Assembly at this time, <br /> <br />SM/gI <br />Attachment <br /> <br />gl0447.5b <br />
