The Income and EXj;lense Summary shows the cost of operating and <br />maintaining the Project. <br /> <br />Exhibit 3. The Allocation of Federal Investment summarizes the allocation of total <br />estimated costs for all authorized purposes. <br /> <br />Exhibit 4. The Historical and Proiected Repavment Study details the historical and <br />projected repayment of the authorized reimbursable investment in the Project. <br /> <br />Please note that Column 3 of Exhibit 4 illustrates that there have not been any payments to costs <br />allocated to the electric plant for the years 1989 through 1994. However, the unpaid balances in <br />Column 5 for these years are well within the allowable unpaid balances shown in Column 6. The <br />difference between the unpaid and the allowable unpaid balances for the years 1989 through <br />1994 demonstrate that CRSP repayment for costs allocated to power is well ahead of schedule <br />and that the absence of applied revenues during this time period is not in violation of the <br />authorizing legislation. <br /> <br />4 <br />
