Section VI - Progress Reporting
The MRBC will submit to the WRC a progress report at quarterly

intervals. The primary purpose of this report is to indicate progress and
to highlight problems encourtered (or expected to occur) which may require
special attention. Also, at the completion of each activity, the MRBC

will submit to the WRC a technical memorandum containing a description of

the subactivities performed and the products (identified in Section III)

r- which have been developed.
~
~
~ Section VII - Modification Procedures

The possible need for modification, amendment and/or revisions to this

110A during implementation is recognized. The t1issouri River Basin Commission

concurs with the WRC that maximum flexibility is desired in conducting the

1975 Assessment. Therefore, because of tight time schedule and the

difficulty in being able to clearly describe what is a "major change," the

Missouri River Basin Commission proposes the fOllowing minimal requirements

as guidelines for revisions:

A major change is defined to be one which the WRC project

officer and the Missouri River Basin Commission concur is of

substantial importance relative to the objectives, implementation

procedures, or products of this agreement. For such revision,

whether suggested by the WRC or by the Missouri River Basin
Commission, the proposed change as well as the response (both
supported by appropriate documentation) are to be documented,
and the change will not be executed prior to mutual agreement.

Proposed minor changes may be executed following

communication between the /1RBC regional study director and

the WRC project officer (or his desi~nee); such changes are to

be reported by the Missouri River Basin Commission in its sub-

sequent quarterly status/progress report.
-17-
