Major differ- <br />~nces in the first and second draftnUses and Losses Report <br />lnclude: ~"5....tI';'e.. <br /> <br />1. Decreased irrigation uses in Colorado and New <br />Mexico. <br /> <br />2. Inclusion of channel loss data in the Lower Basin <br />(which staff disagrees with). <br /> <br />. - <br />Your prompt comments on the draft Uses and Losses Report are <br />appreciated as they will allow the process to begin for the <br />period of 1986-1990. <br /> <br />In addition to the updated analysis, I am sending you a <br />graphic of the various projected Upper Basin Depletion rates from <br />diverse sources.
