<br />. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />N <br />.0::. <br /> <br />-, <br />c. . <br /> <br />by each upstream junior priority, deduct the quantity <br /> <br />(,)1 <br /> <br />of water required to meet dern&nds of senior ditches <br /> <br />beloy; the reservoir as determined under item (c). <br /> <br />The remainder to be charged to Colorado's one-half of <br /> <br />the Anticipated Surplus. <br /> <br />(e) A current accounting of such additional diver- <br /> <br />diversions, together with amounts of storage in the <br /> <br />reservoir shall be maintained. <br /> <br />(f) Current accounting of all diversions by Colo- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />rado ditches below the' reservoir end of all usable de- <br /> <br />liveries at the state line shall likewise be made. <br /> <br />Diversions by Colorado ditches below Caddoa reservoir <br /> <br />and usable State line deliveries in excess of 117,900 <br /> <br />and 52,000 acre feet respectively, shall be considered <br /> <br />excess diversions and deliveries and shall be ch~rged <br /> <br />to the Anticipated Surplus account of Color~do and <br /> <br />Kansas. <br /> <br />(g) When the total excess diversions, minus excess <br /> <br />deliveries to Kansas, have amounted to the quantity of <br /> <br />water then in storage in the reservoir further diversions <br /> <br />by such upstream junior priorities shall cease, and the <br /> <br />water remaining in storage in the reservoir shall be <br /> <br />.~- --- <br /> <br />considered as belonging to K~nsas and the Colorado ditches <br /> <br />- - Delow - tne reaerv-oir. <br />
