The Council is generally pleased <br />with the interagency efforts put forth in 2000 and looks fOf\\!ard to further success in (he coming <br />year. A nOlable exception to this is the insufficient funding provided (0 the Departments of <br />Agriculture and Interior. The Council requests that written responses to this }'ear's report be <br />provided by May 11, 2001 so that the Council and the federal agencies can coopaativcly and <br />expeditiously continue to carry out this important basinwide water quality improvement program. <br />It is recommended lhat the written responses be addressed to and sent to the Chairman of [he <br />Advisory Council.
