<br />TRAVEL:
<br />All Board Members are authorized to attend In-State Meetings of
<br />interest to the Board, - on direct expense basis.
<br />The Board shall designate, in advance, Board Members as Official
<br />Deligates to appropriate Out-Of-State Meetings, The number of
<br />such Delegates shall not exceed five, unless expressly ordered by
<br />the Board,
<br />Direct Expense is defined as consisting of Lodging, Meals, Tips,
<br />Cab Fare and Parking Fees, plus mi~Etage on personal cars at 10~
<br />per mile.
<br />Authorized expense for Out-DC-Town Meetings is defined as con-
<br />sisting of Lodging, Meals, Tips, Cab Fares and First Class
<br />Transportation or the equivilent thereof.
<br />Staff Members shall attend In-State or Out-Of-State Meetings as
<br />directed by the Board,
<br />The Board may authorize Members of the Advisory Committee
<br />and/or others to attend In-State or Out-Oi-State Meetings as it
<br />sees fit.
