<br /><=> <br />C' <br />w <br />a: <br />a: <br />o <br /> <br />Mr. Beise stated that it was necessary to bond the new president and <br />treasurer; that separate bonds would be required for each office and <br />that the premium was $5 per thousand, that the portion of the unearned <br />premium on Mr. Ciruli's bond could be utilized and credit ha4 for the <br />same without releasing any claims for acts of the prior treasurer prior <br />to the date of release. Upon discussion the new officers of president and <br />treasurer were agreed to be bonded at $50,000 and such forms executed <br />as necessary to carry out said. program. <br /> <br />Th~ two new banking resolutions were presented and adopted, the same <br />authorizing J. S. Nichols as president and J. G. Shoun as treasurer to <br />jointly execute checks drawn on the Minnequa Bank and on the Arkansas <br />Valley Bank both at Pueblo, Colorado, the same being in the standard <br />forms of said bank and new signature cards were accordingly executed. <br /> <br />Trea~;urer's Report. The bills for March and April were presented and <br />the quarterly audit was discussed.
