Applicant will have no return flow obligation associated with the subject water rights until <br />that time when Applicant makes the first application of water attributed to the subject <br />water rights to the Golf Course. Applicant also will not have a return flow obligation if <br />diversions have not been made under the subject water rights for the previous 365 days, <br /> <br />6, The applicants shall develop accounting fonus satisfactory to the Division I Engineer so <br />that the proposed change of water rights may be properly administered. These forms will <br />clearly differentiate water diverted under Lakewood's 1990 water right from water <br />diverted by the subject water rights. Sample accounting forms have been prepared and <br />are contained in Appendix C. <br /> <br />7, The applicants shall install such measuring devices acceptable to the Division Engineer <br />and maintain those devices to facilitate accurate implementation of the change of water <br />rights. <br /> <br />8. Though no attempt is made to take credit in this application for return flows resulting <br />from golf course irrigation, applicant reserves the right to make a future application to <br />take credit for those returns and apply them to a variety of uses including the offsetting <br />of return flow obligations outlined above. <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />cl;> Leonard Rice Consulting Water Engineers.
