SYNOPSIS

Allocations to irrigation, municipal use, and power, all r~imbursable,
were made by averaging the results of the alternative-justifiable-
expenditure and the priority-of-use methods, with priority given to
irrigation and municipal use.

Annual operation, maintenance and replacement costs were allocated
to irrigation, municipal use, and power in the same proportion that con-
struction costs were allocated. No annual costs were allocated to flood
control, recreation, and forest resources' development. Such allocations
were not warranted since flood control would result incidentally from
project operation for other purposes, recreational annual costs would be
paid by local operating agencies from fees collected, and annual costs
for features planned for forest resources I development would be negligible
and would be paid by appropriations for forest administration. The
tentative cost allocations are s\lll\llarized below.
