Stone and favored by all members of the Administration, <br />the minutes of the July 23 meeting of the Special Committee, which minutes con- <br />stitute the full report of the Special Committee to the Administration, are made <br />a part of the minutes of the Administration meeting of July 24, and attached here- <br />to as an Appendix. <br /> <br />Chairman Kramer renewed the suggestion for a special meeting of the Administra- <br />tion to be held during the fall months in the Upper Arkansas Basin. He sta tad that <br />such a meeting prior to the annual meeting in December should consider a preliminary <br />draft of the Third Annual Report and make final decision as to what tables and <br />statistics would be included as appendices. <br /> <br />Following discussion, it was agreed to hold such a special meeting on Tuesday, <br />October 30, 1951 at 10 a.m. in La Junta, Colorado. The annual meeting of the Admin- <br />istration is scheduled at Lamar on Tuesday, December 11, 1951. <br /> <br />The Administration adjourned at 3:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Harry C.
