<br />11 <br /> <br />c.) <br />C) <br />N <br />00 <br />t..~ <br />a. <br />The, data, conclusions, and recommendations of this section <br />of the Arlmnsas, White, Red River Basins Report have been furnished <br />largely by the Department of Interior (Chairman Agency); Departments <br />of the Army; Agriculture; and Health, Education and Welfare; and <br />state Agencies administering State Parks and recreation areas. <br />Necessarily, because the data have been obtained in varying scope of <br />detail and projects and programs have been formulated under differ- <br />ent legislative directives and administrative policies, each of the <br />agencies assumes full responsibility for the material it furnished <br />relative to the needs to be fulfilled by the, possible plan of devel~ <br />opment and for the feasibility of the projects and programs included <br />thereIn. In this section the material on flood control and hydroelec- <br />tric ,power projects was furnished by the Corps of Engineers; that on <br />National Forests by the Forest Service; that on National Parks and <br />Monuments and irrigation reservoirs by the National Park Service, that <br />on State parks and other recreation areas by State agencies and' the <br />Cha irman Agericy.
