This volume comprises Section 13, Recreation, of Part II of the
Report of the A.rkansas-White-Red Basins Inter-A.gency Committee, which
was organized by direction of the President to conduct a comprehen-
sive survey of the water and related land resources of the Arkansas,
White, and Red River Basins, as authorized in Section 205, Public
Law 516, Blst Congress, Second Session. The complete report consists
of two parts:

Part I - An over-all summary of the survey.

Part II - Details of studies on various phases of the survey,
