The Bureau of Reclamation acquire 15 miles of public access for <br />fisherman and other uses, along the Uncompahgre River from Ridgway <br />Reservoir to Montrose City. These access properties located as <br />recommended by the Colorado Division of Wildlife and the Fish and <br />Wildlife Service, would be administered and maintained by the <br />Colorado Division of Wildlife. The $45,000 easement cost and <br />annual 0 & M cost of $2250 should be included in the Section 8 <br />program. <br /> <br />4. The Bureau of Reclamation acquire 4.4 miles of public fishing access <br />easements along the East and West Forks of Dallas Creek. These <br />access areas would be administered and maintained by the Colorado <br />Division of Wildlife. Section 8 program costs are estimated at <br />$13,200 for easements and $570 for annual 0 & M. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />The agency administering the Ridgway Reservoir complex establish <br />necessary zoning regulations for the area to assure adequate fishing <br />and hunting opportunity.
