A second group of rock samples <br /> <br />, <br />from Rainbow Bridge were also'analyzed for moisture content. <br /> <br />Fourteen detailed geologie sections of Bridge Creek Canyon were reviewed <br />and resurveyed for accuracy. Copies of these sections are provided in <br />Appendix "A," of this report. A survey location map, No. 557-400-231, <br />depieting the quadrilaterals, sediment seetions, and photographic <br />stations is also ,included in this appendix. <br /> <br />Photographs No. P557-427-697UA and P557-427-7l0A are provided in <br />Appendix "A" to orient the reader on the location of the Whittemore <br />Strain Gage Stations and Micrometer Station No.5. A set of diagrams <br />explaining these instrument installations are included. <br /> <br />SPECIFIC SUBJECTS <br /> <br /> <br />The following data are relevant to this reporting period: <br /> <br />1. Bridge Creek Canyon Quadrilateral Surveys <br /> <br />Quadrilaterals: A third set of precise lateral canyon measurements <br /> <br />were made through the Quadrilateral systems A, B, and D. The results <br /> <br />show no movement between surveys taken during the initial cycle prior <br /> <br />to, during, and after retreat Of the, reservoir. <br /> <br />I <br />2. Rainbow Bridqe Elevation Surveys <br />Five sets of precise elevation surveys have been obtained to date through <br />the Quadrilateral system C. The results show a relative drop from the <br />rise in e levati on recorded in the previ ous surveys.
