Estimated reservoir operations are shown <br /> <br />graphically on 'xhibits 3 and 4. <br /> <br />Ruedi Reservoir <br />Ruedi Reservoir had a storage content of 96,769 acre-feet at the <br /> <br />beginning of wa er year 1970. <br /> <br />The three studi s depicting anticipated operations for the October <br /> <br /> <br />through Februar period are similar under all conditions of inflow. <br /> <br /> <br />From October 1 0 October 27, the water level would be lowered to a <br /> <br />content of 80,6 5 acre-feet, At the request of the fishery interests, <br /> <br /> <br />the reservoir r leases would be gradually reduced to 95 c,f.s, by <br /> <br /> <br />November 5, A elease of 95 c,f,s, would be maintained until <br /> <br />March 1, 1970, <br />67,700 acre-fee <br />icing condition <br />95 c,f,s, fish <br /> <br />damage, <br /> <br />aking the estimated content of the reservoir <br /> <br />by March 1, 1970. However, during periods of <br />downstream, it may be necessary to reduce the <br /> <br />ypass in order to avoid any contribution to icing <br /> <br />In order to max mize recreation benefits, it is considered essential <br /> <br />to fill the res rvoir to capacity by July 1, 1970, Under minimum <br />inflow conditio s, the reservoir would be lowered to a capacity of <br /> <br />50,100 acre-fee by April 30, and a uniform outflow of 110 c,f,s. <br /> <br />maintained unti July 1, at which time the reservoir would fill to <br />capacity, Unde maximum probable inflow conditions, the reservoir <br />
