Findings of fact by the Administration <br /> <br />Findings of fact were made on June la, July 14, July 27 and <br />September 1 that the re!;€f'\:oir was determined to become empty on <br />those dates and the State Engineer of Colorado was requested to <br />administer the river on a priority basis until such time as stored water <br />was again available in John :\lartin Reservoir. <br /> <br />SPECIAL Tl::l.EPHONIC MEETING <br /> <br />JUNE 10, 1969 <br /> <br />A special Telephonic meeting was held June 10, 1969 in accordance <br />with ,\rticle V. paragraph F for the purpose of declaring the reservoir to <br />become empty. The reservoir was declared to become empty June 14, <br />1%\\. <br /> <br />Mr. C. J.
