<br />SPECIAL TELEPHONIC MEETING <br />JULY 10,1969 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />In accordance with Article V-f a telephonic meeting was called for <br />the purpose of declaring The John Martin Reservoir to become empty. <br /> <br />The reservoir was declared to become July 13, 1969. The State <br />Engineer of Colorado was notified, as was the Division Engineer of <br />Pueblo. <br /> <br />The reservoir bec~me empty at 2100 M.D.T, July 13, 1969, <br /> <br />Participating members: <br />For Colorado - Mr. Hofmeister and Mr. Reyher. <br />For Kansas - Mr. Green and Mr. Bentrup. <br /> <br />Lane Hackett <br />Secretary <br /> <br />SPECIAL TELEPHONIC MEETING <br />JULY 25, 1969 <br /> <br />A special telephonic meeting was called for the purpose of declaring <br />the reservoir to become empty. <br /> <br />John Martin was declared to become empty July 26, 1969 as a .' <br />result of this meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Kuiper, Colorado Stale Engineer and .Mr. Styduhar, Dh'ision <br />Engineer were both nalmed of this action according to the provisions <br />of Article v,r. <br /> <br />The reservoir became empty 2400 M,D.T.
